  3. Dear Mr. Mak,

    I would like to check on the possibility of re-building of Ventris Court 雲地利大廈 as you have mentioned on your JobReport No. 4. Has everything been confirmed yet and is there a time table for such project? Also, I just learnt there are still transactions of 2nd hand property market in this building. So it is a bit strange to me when you said the developer has submitted a blueprint to the goverment for approval, can you clarify that.

  4. Hi Michael, my name is Terence Wong living at Royal Court (9M Kennedy Road). My family now are suffering from the termites’ problem. We found out that the problem was here from last year which is before we signed the tenancy agreement. Now we are asking for early termination of the lease but the landlord requested to keep all of our deposits (2 months rent). I think it’s not acceptable. May I arrange a meeting with you at my flat? Appreciate it if you could help us. I have taken some photoes to show you the situation as well.
